Bad Credit Auto Refinance

I'm in a really bad situation ... bought a car in August 06 and it has funded directly by the concessionaire. I was told they would send me my payment book, go home and wait on the details of ready developed, but my payments is not greater than $ 100 that I paid for the car I traded in. I waited, and waited. December is, they threaten to come to repossess the car because I did not pay ... but they never sent me an invoice. I go to the guy hard drives a lot of papers in front of me ... Not really sure there is an issue there ... You can not be upset or interest payment amount because you voluntarily signed all the documents ... And after waiting for 4 months ... when the average consumer's telephone course the dealer after 2-3 weeks ...
