Bond Loans

I work on a class assignment and I'm trying to finance a plan for a joint venture between 2 companies and the need of the current rates on short-term debt as a bank loan and long-term debt as an obligation or a bank loan as well.

If someone wants to get out of debt today it is fairly easy with a consolidation plan debt
