Business Loans For Women

I was wondering if anyone had any information on this subject. My family and I are planning on passing a restaurant family in the coming months 5-10. The vast majority of my family are women. But most of the "small business loans" are for starting new businesses in place, and it's something that we see the lowest risk since the restaurant is now profitable and we keep the name. Is anyone know where I can find a step by step process to find the correct loan in this area? Thanks!

This may not be exactly what you want, but I think you are managing an existing business, as in, a member of your family or you are all taking on the legal ownership of the restaurant ... you could go to a regular bank in your area and get a small business loan using your restaurant as collateral. With strong cash flow, I do not see why you be turned down. Local banks are always looking for partnerships with local companies because it makes them look good and enhances their credibility in the community.

So, before you get adventurous, start by looking to see that banks are listed in your local chamber of commerce directory. These people are those who seek to support local businesses. When you receive a contact local bank, calls this person to your restaurant for lunch ... or join the Chamber of Commerce and host an event of room like a happy hour if your serve drinks or offer members of the House of coupons.

In my opinion, when it comes to establishing banking relationships, in your local business community is more effective than fishing around companies offering programs that do not really understand the real value of your business.
