Car Loan Mississauga

Where can I get test car safety in Canada, specifically in Mississauga, Ontario?

coz apparently I need to transfer the registration under the name coz it affected my mother and my student loan department says I should do a test first safety car because mine already expired.

any help?

and another, how long does it take to test car safety? ideas? Sorry I'm a newbie when it comes to cars, lol

HAVE YOU something like a DMV () DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES office as we have here in the United States.
