Would you ever pay a fee for a loan? Is not that exactly the opposite borrow money? Yes, your scam radar "is correct ... they try to screw you.
Go to a bank or credit union.
Yes, they are crooks. They take your money and tell you they get you a loan, but companies still refuse. They do not care because they are your expenses.
It's probably a scam. You pay in advance, but the loan never materializes.

1) If they are behind on this forum or any other, they are a crook.
2) If they have an e-mail Generica (Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, etc.) they are a crook.
3) If they want all kinds of fees in advance, they are a crook.

Some companies ie loans Tennent charge you £ 49 to find companies that will offer you a loan but its a scam I found myself asking for my £ 49 back, but they sent me a real snotty letter and when I phned they were told that it was non-refundable. What a hoax.

Well, your BS meter is working! Most credit card companies offering you a card with fees attached because of your credit history to apply charges to your card once you're approved and your account is activated!
When applying for credit, you should not have to pay anything to get it before.
I went bankrupt after identity theft and found myself in many scams. Fortunately my BS meter was still active and I think you should go to my site and read all this!
