Cheapest Mortgages

We will collect the mortgage payments and must be able to monitor and amortize loans PITI. You do not have to pay for multi-user license, prefer a system where there are multiple users can be signed at the same time at different locations on a user license. You do not want a rediculously high rate. Anyone have any good suggestions? Thank you! :)

You will not find a license that allows a user to multiple users simultaneously - that is why they are called single-user licenses.
