Commercial Mortgage Lenders

I'm looking to expand into commercial loans and working for a lender as an account executive. The account of calls / visits to commercial outlets mortgage broker and mortgage brokers essentially educates about products and programs and, ultimately, clients' money broker lending bank. The only companies that I really found that only positions available were of this type are Silver Hill, CIT and some other random. I have been an account manager, but the residential side. Any help?
