Countrywide Homes

Countrywide HomesDoes Countrywide finance mobile homes or is it just stick built and modular?

If it is in a park, Countrywide will not fund it. If it is older than 1976, it will be very difficult to find someone to finance it, no matter where it is.

Mobile homes in parks are done as an installment loan through a bank. Countrywide does not do.
