I sent my Xbox for repair and they returned not fixed? and with a broken plate I sent it because I had the 3 flashing lights Now I got 4 flashing lights now and I set the AV cable and still get 3 flashing lights

An inspection of your console has revealed that the damage excluded from that covered by the warranty Xbox Limited, has taken place.
Xbox Warranty to Section E, "limited warranty exclusions" reads as follows:
"This limited warranty does not apply and Microsoft has no obligation under this Limited Warranty if the Xbox Product:
aec is used with products not sold or licensed by Microsoft (including, without limitation, non-
licensed games and game devices, adapters and power sources) or
are incompatible;
aec is used for commercial purposes (including rental or lease);
aec is modified or altered;
aec is damaged by Acts of God, power surge, misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, wear and
tear, mishandling, misapplication, or other causes unrelated to defective materials or
labor;
aec serial number is defaced, altered or removed;
aec is damaged by programs, data, viruses or files, or during transfers;
aec is not used according to the printed documentation supplied with the
Xbox Product, or
aec is repaired, modified or altered by other than Microsoft authorized repair centers.
This limited warranty does not cover your data, any separate software or Xbox games whether or not packaged or included with the Xbox Product, or any accessories or devices not manufactured by or for Microsoft. "
Microsoft is not able to offer repair services for damage to your Xbox console. Therefore, the console is returned to the state, is not repaired with the accessories that you provided with it. If you have been charged for a repair, your fees will be returned by check or credited to you on your credit card.

Call them and find out why they would not repair it. What is the real problem w / your console. Keep calling until they give you an answer. Unfortunately, if this is not RROD and the system is no longer under warranty, then they will not free repair. They should, however, with you to tell you what was wrong and the costs involved. Sorry, It seems that you may be out of luck. I would like to appeal and if the person will not give you an answer to their supervisor and continue til happier.

idk what to say, but the Xbox 360 has lost the war, the PS3 has won a few years, not more than the Xbox 360 PS3. I have both systems and overall I like the PS3, if you do not want to pay a lot look on eBay or Craigslist hope this helped.
Looks like they will not tell you the exact reason, just as you cancel your warranty in some way ... I say you call them and get everything settled. Make sure you have not done one of the things they said you did.
It seems to me that they say is your Xbox console has been opened before you send it.
Have you purchased new or used if you bought it used to call them and tell them
because once the seal is broken it will void the warranty
