Debt Settlement

I posted a question few minutes ago about my wife having to go to court on his credit card. As I said before we have settled all the loans of 2 W / company debt settlement. His is the last we moved and now she must go to court. She lost her job because of the closure of the plant. We have constructed a small amount in our ACCT. with the company debt settlement, but nowhere near what the lawyers can say that we have to pay. Does anyone have thoughts of what might happen?

The worst thing that can happen is that you lose the case.

If your wife does not work, they can garnish his wages.
