Finance Forecasting

Finance ForecastingWhat financial forecasting and how impliment by financial managers point of view?

im student SYBMS need to do a project
on the question above, but I do not understand how do I get started.
and what all should I include ....

Take the example of a housing project for the construction of 1,000 units a year. Let's say realistic estimate of costs. The real cost of each component as bricks, cement, steel, and future likly increase in 12 months, following labor costs, accessories and miscellaneous expenses, fees for permits etc. --- all direct and indirect costs is implemented, we say it comes to Rs. 25 Crs excluding the profits you need not understand. Add another CRS Rs.5 mobilization costs, the cost of inflation, etc. So Rs.30 crs is the financial forecast.

Then you have to raise this amount in a phased manner and the project output as the physical progress. You do not need the money right away with you or give you the full amount to your project staff immediately. Example. 10 units must be completed at 1 month and only 90 have been completed. Next month, 10 current and another 100 units to be completed, the money must be paid accordingly.

Forecasting involves several factors such as socio-legal-fiscal policy scenario in the environment and SWOT analysis of your organization. So you timely mobilize expertise and apply it to the project.

Please consult a manual on financial forecasting techniques to changing market conditions for a better understanding of the subject.
