Government Small Business Loan Grants

I am a "minority" and I want to take government business loans / grants that they seem to like to give people.

I am facing two problems though: first being that I have bad credit, no capital or guarantees, the second being that my business idea is the origin of adult and somewhat controversial, in fact I think the only place where I could run without sticky legal laws would come into the way Reno.

Loans are granted by the SBA. Regarding subsidies go, those who do non-profit and public works-type law. Any subsidy that goes to any company even remotely considered "adult" will lead to many public officials get fired if it was made public ..... where it would be.
