Hardship Letter

I'm looking to get closer to my work, I currently have about 200 miles round trip per day. My property is under $ 200k in my purchase price. I intend to try to rent my house or I'll probably try selling it. I want to buy another house before hand, but it may cancel my eligibility for Act Mortgage Forgiveness, to be taxed. Then my letter constraint applies?
