Exercise should not be regarded as a tedious job, but must become a part of life, just like the way we eat and sleep. A small portion of the day should be set aside for physical training and exercises. While the wealthy can travel to gyms and fitness centers, those who can not afford this, may well stay home and still have them. Walk, run a few exercises you can do regardless of age and sex. Swimming, cycling are good choices as they relax the mind and body as well. Each body part must be given due importance and tonic and that the exercise is healthy.

Obesity is now considered a disease. Obese people need to wake Bodylines to reality and make the necessary (food and exercise) before it is too late. Obesity, if left untreated, can lead to clinical conditions such as atherosclerosis and myocardial infarction.
