House Rent Contract

Hello, I have been renting a house for 9 months and I have a contract for one year ... I am a student and all students houseing contract start soon so that means I'll be payin rent houses 4 2, which I can not .. I was wondering if any1 has any help me 4? should I just leave?? i have mins loseing my deposit thank you

I recommend talking to your landlord. You may be able to sublet to another party. In fact, your landlord may have interested parties. If you save on your lease, you could have serious implications ... collections, the damage to your credit, etc.

you must call the owner. There can cost out of the lease.
