15 acres of bare land. All riverfront. Rural Arkansas Ozarks, still known resort type area. I feel like the local bank has agreed to lend without evaluation is a losing proposition and the closed approach. We verbally agreed to ball 3 years with 10 years Amt. I do not know how to shop for a loan lands in the marketplace today. A great credit. 20% down, no prob. ? How do I shop for a loan without hurting my credit request?

Bank of America in the hand of loans best land I've seen. The deposit rates are low and are quite good. I sold vacant land for several years and the easier and cleaner deals are when the client uses BOA! I doubt you'll need to use all your 20% loan to land at the FOB. I saw them make 5% from the $ 175,000 land deal.
