Layaway Forms

Layaway FormsI have been accused of not having a personal check signed / verified by a manager?

Hello,

When I work I never said that you need to get personal checks signed / verified by a manager. Your also supposed to make a T-chart with their drivers liscence number, phone number, address and your initials.

I was aware of the policy table T, but not the approval process manager.

Previously, the same director who wrote to me for a personal check written to me not having canceled the layaway forms signed. I was never informed of this and it took off because it was not written in the procedures for setting aside on the bulletin board.

This rule is not a personal check written on the table and set aside.

The manager claims they told me before at a council which took place between April 2008. But the board was because I took a check that did not have the amount written.

The manager claims they told me to sign the check to the council. However, I did the same thing for the last 7 months (check not signed, but with the table).

Thus, when the director introduced me to the written warning she asked me if I would sign it now or when I see the check. I told him I want to see the first check. The manager said he had my numbers on the registry back.

So 3 weeks later, she never showed me the check. When I asked him if I could see the check, she said she saw another manager and I have to speak with her.

They showed me the check in April 2008 because they took a photocopy. However, the second manager claimed the photocopier was broken so they do not have a copy of the check and they refuse to take the warning removed because they claim I have said in "meetings" and the previous council.

So I set up a meeting with the Chief District on November 15.

Is this written warning illegal????

They say show im guilty, but to me when I ask for proof.

I raised the possibility that I paused and didn't sign out of the cash register and another person has made a transaction with the check that shows my numbers on the back. This would explain why there was no map T.

The management response has been its my duty to sign the register.

But perhaps I was interrupted halfway to go to break or something.

What I can tell the district manager to get this written warning taken off.

I received 3 write ups from the same manager within 30 days by road.

Thank you for any help.

I see that you need to take responsibility and get serious about your work. Forget trying to get out of trouble, and concentrate on the work you're paid to do.

If you change your attitude, you'll be surprised how quickly things will turn around.

If you think things have gone too far and that, no matter how hard you try, the managers will not forgive your past mistakes, it may be time for you to find another job. Do not burn bridges. Try to leave on good terms. Chalk it as a life lesson, learn from, and progress.

No wonder your "only" an administrator.

Who are you to judge me?

Did I ask you to rate my performance at work? Flag

It appears that you have all excuswe in the book on your list. If you fucking cope.

Ask your manager to district policies clarificationon then it will not h.
