Loan Officer Business Plan

Loan Officer Business Plan7 Things to include in a business plan

If you are really serious about making money with your new business, you should take the time to write a good business plan. A business plan is a roadmap that covers all aspects of your business, and is essential if you intend to apply for loans to small businesses.

A business plan is also something that intimidates many new business owners who have no idea what to put in their business plan. Depending on the nature of your business, your business plan can be a complex drafting and analysis of 100 pages in mind, or it may be an account of 10 to 20 pages. What are the 7 "must-haves" for your business plan?

1. Mission Statement

A mission statement is where you state your purpose for starting this company. Maybe you start a dog treat bakery selling homemade dog treats because you feel there are too many harmful additives put in food for pets. Or, maybe you start a hypnotherapy practice because you strongly believe in the strength of mind to heal, change bad habits or increase motivation. Your mission statement should not be long, but we must consider your reasons for starting your own business. If all you can think is "I need to make money somehow," then you might consider a different activity.

2. Describe your business

This is where you describe in detail all aspects of your business. If you are a business-oriented services (therapist, hair stylist, consultant, etc.)? Do you sell products? Write a description of your products. Do you use a wholesaler or dropshipper? Do you manufacture products yourself? What makes your business unique?

3. In the short term and long-term goals

This is where you tell your long and short term goals. For the short term you list your goals for the coming months to a year. You can make your goals to find a trade name, an application for license, taking some classes SBA learn more about running a business, securing the premises, or whatever you might need to start business. You can also include the income you expect to earn your first year of operation. For your long term goals you can choose one of three years the target of five years. Your goals may include lines of future products and marketing plans to come. It could include the opening of new stores, offices, or from new websites.

4. Potential customers

This is where you list who your customers are. Who will buy your product? Who needs your services? What are they looking? Why do they need your product? This helps you focus on the type of marketing you need for your clients.

5. Competitive Analysis

This is where you analyze your competitors. How can you know your chances of success if you do not know what you're facing in the way of competition? In the example of the practice hypnotherapy you want to identify all the hypnotherapists in your area. You also want to include psychotherapists or alternative health professionals who may also appeal to your potential customers, and hypnosis CDs available on the Internet. This can help you identify areas where competition is less. For example, if you are a hypnotherapist and find the competition is stiff for weight loss or smoking cessation programs, try to find a niche that is less competitive.

6. Financial Analysis

It is important to take a realistic look at your finances. You need to write all the money you pay each month for personal expenses and business should, in relation to how much you reasonably expect to make each month. Remember to list all: ISP charges, computer upgrades, office rent, electricity, goods for sale, housing, medical expenses, charger.
