Loan Processor

I was ready for a processor 8 years and have been out of it for 3 years, I wanted to return it, because I really liked it, my thing is that I want to be updated with the documents, programs , Compliance and Regulation udated basically just a bit about how things are running these days, over the last 3 years and children (lol) has slipped my mind, I tried to remember doucuments names and when to use them in certain loans, but I just cannot remember them all, and I do not want to sound like an idiot when I apply for a job, does anyone know how I can simply refresh on loan processing?? please help
