Multiple Payday Loans

Multiple Payday LoansI myself am involved with several payday loans now cannot pay them all the advice and then I go to jail?

I have several payday loans and cannot repay the interest is killing me anyone been through this and do you have advice. I was told could go to jail because this so any good advice would be great.

Damn, do you smoke crack? That's a lot of stores you need.

First, you will not be sent to prison cause you do not pay a bill. But they can sue you or put your account into collections if you do not pay. First, close your bank account and open a new one so that these companies can not take no more charges to your account and you will not be at risk of NSF fees. Then call each creditor and set up a payment plan with them. Payday lenders are difficult to negotiate to be honest and tell them how much you can afford and put it in writing. If they will not negotiate terms with you, then do some research in your area to find a company credit counseling that can help you with these loans.

You should work to try to refinance these agreements in another type of arrangement for payment (credit card or personal loan from the bank). There are good chances that probably will not happen if you used these sites on payday loans. If you can not do anything, then let them go.

In addition, you can not be imprisoned for not paying a debt. However, you can be imprisoned if you gave them a check or other instrument which had funds to cover insuffiicent or made any kind of fraud in obtaining loans ...

Screw the people payday loan! They are crooks.

I do not think you can be imprisoned for debt.
Did you give them false information to obtain loans?
There are many states and counties that are implementing rules and guidelines for these sharks should be respected, such as disclosure of the interest rate front and in easy to understand.
If they do that you might be able to get out of the exorbitant interest due.

who told you, you can go to prison for debt is a complete moron. Maybe in the 1920s, but not now.

Your best bet, Do not hide. Call them and develop a payment plan that works for you. For them, getting the money is better than getting nothing. The last thing you want to do is to declare bankruptcy, because it takes 7 years to get your credit back to resist. If you have missed payments on loans, you should be able to raise your credit score in a year or 2.

I do not think you could go to jail. Have you contacted the loan company and tried to develop a payment arrangement that you could afford? They might be willing to work with you. Otherwise, you could declare bankruptcy if you have done recently, and then start over.

You do not go to prison if you committed fraud to obtain these loans. imprisonment for debt ceased to exist some time.
