There is no tax relief at all.

The advantage is you get paid your rent.

The disadvantage is that tenants are very low class, drug users in general and not only generally do not care about your property, but are very destructive.

If you are going to do in FL trying to find tenants (you can choose) who are seniors with disabilities. They really need the housing and not destroy your property.
