New Jersey Debt Consolidation

I am a landed immigrant in Canada, living in Edmonton. I tried to get a mortgage on my property located in Morristown, New Jersey. I contacted several major donors to the United States. I was refused the loan because I am not a permanent resident of the United States. I need your help to find a financial institution (U.S. or foreign) wishing to work with me. I have a credit rating acceptable to the United States and my job in Canada is stable and well paid (I work for the government of the Province of Alberta). I want to use the funds to consolidate my debt. Thank you for your help!

Perhaps I have something for you. I can not go into second position behind another mortgage, loan, but I could not make sense. Even if you tried to Wachovia, contact me because I think the loan is relatively new to the bank and most bankers are not familiar with it yet. I recently refinanced for a non-resident alien with this particular loan, I know it's possible.

I think you'll encounter this problem all the lenders. Most of the time you must be a resident of the United States or a legal green card, etc. to obtain loans.
