No Credit Check Debt Consolidation

I researched online and am not yet clear how this works. I really need a personal loan to help with some other bills and am no longer able to take my classes. I'm now on my deferrment federal loan and they do not do credit checks or anything for a consolidation loan. Just curious.

Depending on the type of student loan consolidation. Private (corporate finance) bindings may agree to include personal debts in the loan.

No, you do not get any money when you consolidate. it just changes the terms of your loan.
