No Money Down

I always saw on television and real estate agents are always referred to it as an alternative if you do not have much money, but what do you need to do and how do you really need buy a house without money?

I'd like to get this house that starts in the mid 300s here in Easton. But I am an average worker with an average income (about 30,000 / year)

How can I get more money down and it would be my monthly fees? I can only give what I have to pay the rent and is $ 850. I guess I could swing $ 900 a month if I budget my income and cutting expenditure differently that I indulge in.

Any info would be helpful.

the only people who are rich are getting sold some, it can be done, but you have to find someone who is so desperate that they would give their house to you, the MTG should be assumable, or you could lease with option and reassign the contract. It is almost impossible, all the real deal have gone before you even see the market

The possibility of obtaining a loan of money with no money down for you is minimal. The "great" deals that you see on television are generally enriched diet fast for someone else. You pay and get nothing of practical value.
Given the info you have, you would not qualify for a mortgage of more than 150,000 in you and is pushing back. Esp since you have no money down, the loan market is currently very unlikely that you lending money. You need to save money for a downpayment. Esp given a relatively low gross income. Your goal of a mid-300 is unrealistic.
