Rent To Own Charlotte Nc

We are a small group of Montagnards from Vietnam, and we just launched our own church here in Charlotte NC. Currently, we rent a place that we do not feel at ease. we did not even our own key to open the door every Sunday.

There are some other Montagnard churches are free to use, and we hope you can find one as they did.
There are about 150 members in the church, and the rent, we are looking for about $ 500 or less.

It would be very helpful to us if someone could find a church just for us. Thank you.

Can not promise anything. However, I can tell you that I attend a Presbyterian church in a rectory in various North Carolina and we have a congregation Mountaineer. The Montagnards attend 11 hours of service and hold their own service in their own language to 2 hours and it might be worthwhile to try to make contact and see what you can make.

If you rent a place, you must have the key. This is not just that you do not. No wonder you're not comfortable there.

You'll need to look around a room for rent. Ask some real estate agents in the area if they know anything. Search ads for rental in the newspaper.

Is it possible that you could buy a building? If the payment was less than $ 500. again talk to realtors in the area.

150 is not that small.

Find property outside the city and you can buy and get a cheap building for that. You do not need a fancy building or parking lot blacktop when you start.

I heard churches od renovating old theaters and other buildings. I think it's cool to see them recycling their congregation and save money. Maybe you could look in this context?

I do not think this is a good place to find a space to rent for purposes of worship. You should ask other locals.
