Rent To Own Houses In Florida

I decided to try posting a question a few months before my move to end of June in Daytona Beach, FL. I'm moving to DB to find a place to settle in (Port Orange, S. Daytona and Holly Hill are applicable with both HH station being last on the list) and will be looking for a place (house preferred) to pay per month (preferably hire-purchase or some sort of lease or similar?) instead of wasting time and money on an apartment where he would fall. I intend to move somewhere with 2 bedrooms (or more would be perfect) in a decent neighborhood, and with a small yard with grass or at least some trees. I am not sure of the amount available that I would be able to fund a month right now but I think $ 1k and under. My brother and I are very responsible people and are non-smokers and drinkers rare. The problem is (well, some people see as a problem) that we have both pets. My brother has a dog and I have tamed, caged rabbits (4). Please help!
