Rent To Own Programs

I'm looking to rent to own a house and tried to find a company online, but I hit several dead ends, so if anyone has information or can point me in the right direction please send your responses to me.

Do not do it, is the worst time for that. The only reason for leasing is skyrocketing price when you're a little short of cash for closing.

You will pay extra each month for the option and if you do not buy you lose money. The owner has no obligation not to borrow money on the house that you rent so may need more than what it is and are not a short sale. It could also have seized on the house and you could be deported and not use the option money.

Go there and then save your rent money to purchase your own.

The only thing I know, is owner financed rent to own.
