Rent To Own Properties

I live in PA, and try to find a rent to own properties in my area. Everywhere I looked far, I have found services that require a fee to search properties for you. Does anyone know of a search option I did not pay for?

Contact a Realtor. Real estate does not burden the buyer or lessee, the seller or lessor. There are many rent their properties in Philadelphia and Reading. Try here. Re / Max and Long and Foster are some of the large cities real estate companies.

Look in the want ads in the newspaper under the rental house. If you see a house you want it does not hurt to ask to see if they want to do a lease option to buy. Remember that we have not because we ask not.

Craig `s check list would be a starting point. Most home owners who are currently on the market would be happy to rent to own this house. Just go into a house that is now on the market in an area you want to hit the door or they send a letter stating that you would be interested in leasing from them.

you should look for a registration service as www.apartments.com Free online or find a local realtor. with the market so bad a lot of places that are for sale would be willing to lease its own program with you.
