I need a loan of $ 300,000.00 for the cost of housing. What organizations are most likely to grant the loan? I am currently in a sticky place. To simplify, I have a house in a town I need to sell. But this house is still moving my shit out of him. The city, I am moving to is 2 hours. My previous house, I would like to return to, has been severely vandalized, holes in walls, no wiring * it was torn at the request of a local landlord *, busted water pipes, etc.
I am currently renting from a friend. The house we rent has been offered to us, and certainly solve some problems. The current owners of that home are about to go to Micronesia in less than 2 months, and I want them home, never to be home before that date.
It's taken a = 22 situation.
Estimated costs, for me, would be covered by $ 300,000.00. That would be enough to move all personal items, mass, House A, and put them in storage until the city where I am now. Once done, I can sell the house of A, and should get at least $ 130,000.00 for it. Room B * * that held by the friends should be sold for less than $ 100,000.00. Once we have the true owner of the house, we will then place the storage buildings on site and no longer have the rental of storage units.
Once we are fully moved to Room B, I can spend $ 40,000.? the refurbishment of the House C.
The ultimate goal is not to have the house A, and the costs that come with the House, and the constant travel back and forth to the city it's in. Then we want, most likely, rental house B, which should provide more than sufficient to cover the costs of B and C. We live in C.
At most, the loan should be for a period of 25 years. I base this decision on $ 1,000.00 per month payments.
The bulk of the loan must be repaid within 12 months following the date of the initial loan.
So after all these complicated / boring details, my question is, what type of credit institution, if any, is more likely to work with me on this type of loan??
Is the surname of Micronesia new "residents" to begin by McD?
It is extremely doubtful that you will get a large loan for something other than buying a house is worth more than that.
You and your friends should be able to rent a UHAUL and move all your orders to your new location and cheaply. Then you should be able to sell this house. Your best bet is to take one step at a time. Looks like you are trying to do everything at once.
Good luck.
