Sample Loan Contract

I work from home as a contract processor, but particularly sub-contracting to a specific company. I'm looking to branch out and work with other loan officers, but I need to give them a contract to sign with the words, fees, liability, etc. Suggestions? I know I should join NAMP, but I'm broke this week. lol

Do you have a contract with your current employer? If you do, it should be fairly easy to modify for other customers. If not, why?
