Sample Loan Document

I am looking for a sample of documents from a personal loan which I can copy for my daughter. She needs to borrow money from us, but we want to hold her up and have a real contract, so to speak, between us.

I'm looking for one too, but for my own research on how the loans work and what tricks I'm bound to find. That is what I found so far but this is not Australia:
